The Client and the Challenge

Our client, a seasoned commercial real estate investor with a strong portfolio, was under contract to acquire a $6.2 Million mixed-use retail and multi-family property in a fast-growing metropolitan area. The asset was highly coveted, and the contract stipulated a firm closing deadline.
